PRIME TIME Family Reading Time invites applications for a full time Program Assistant. The Program Assistant will support in-office staff in meeting the growing demand for PRIME TIME programming. Responsibilities include maintaining online data collection systems, tracking program reports, maintaining inventory of program books and materials, coordinating receiving and shipping of books and materials, maintaining digital and physical program history files, assisting in coordination of trainings and events, providing technical support to field-level partners, and supporting outreach and social media marketing efforts.
Requirements are a Bachelor’s degree in any field, and 2-3 years experience in an office setting. Prior experience in non-profit entity is preferred but not required, and early learning, educational or federal grant management is preferred. For more information, click here.
