The LEH thanks Dr. Jeff A. Hale, Vice President for Institutional Advancement, for his service to the council. Over the past five years, Hale’s office raised in excess of $1 million annually in total gifts. As he moves on to private consulting, the LEH recognizes his contributions to the endowment’s growth and sustainability.
“On behalf of the LEH staff and Board of Directors, I want to thank Dr. Hale for his dedication and service to the organization,” stated Miranda Restovic, President/Executive Director. “Jeff’s leadership assisted the organization with successfully weathering both a stubborn national recession and the organization’s transition from being largely public supported to a more stable and balanced funding model. We wish him well in his private consulting practice.”
“I am deeply honored to have had the opportunity to work with a talented staff, committed Board of Directors, and expanding statewide and national network of individual, corporate and foundation donors, to support education, the arts, humanities, and culture across Louisiana,” added Hale. “Under the organization’s new leadership, I see nothing but good things ahead for the LEH, as well as for humanities in our state.”
