Grants available to humanities nonprofits for Ida recovery

LEH, with the support of the state of Louisiana, is offering grant opportunities to non-profit organizations for ongoing disaster recovery from Hurricane Ida. Grant amounts range from $1,000–$10,000, and applications are open now to organizations in the 25 parishes declared federal disaster areas.

LEH Awards More Than $95K in Grants to 21 Humanities Organizations in 9 Parishes

The LEH has awarded 15 Rebirth Grants and 6 Strategic Partnership Grants to organizations across the state. With a total of $97,512 awarded, the funded projects are based in 9 parishes.
