LEH Announces Central Louisiana Focus for Summer LCV
With every issue, Louisiana Cultural Vistas continues the LEH’s emphasis on statewide impact. This summer, the magazine looks at the history and culture of Central Louisiana. Feature articles include new histories of the Hotel Bentley, Inglewood Farm, Southern Forestry Heritage Museum and artist Lloyd Hawthorne. The LEH will announce several new partnerships in the region when the issue is published in June.
“The history of Alexandria and the surrounding area is integral to an understanding of Louisiana history and, really, to U.S. history,” said LEH VP of Content Brian Boyles. “What’s just as remarkable is the resurgence of cultural activities, historical preservation and civic life in this part of the state. We’re committed to more stories in future issues.”
