Update: Bright Lights Awards Dinner postponed

To help fight against the spread of COVID-19, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Bright Lights Awards Dinner.

Please know this decision was not made lightly, and we are working hard to determine a new date as quickly as possible.

During times of crisis the humanities play an important role in the effort to keep the public feeling safe, grounded, and informed. In the coming days we will be working harder than ever before to continue bringing humanities programming to Louisianans across the state in new and creative ways.

Over at 64 Parishes, our staff is producing new content relevant to current times to inform and engage our digital audiences. PRIME TIME Family Reading is seeking out and sharing resources for families that educate and entertain.

Until we can resume our regular programming, we look forward to engaging with you in the digital sphere. And when normalcy returns, together we will celebrate the 2020 Humanities Awards winners at the rescheduled Bright Lights Awards Dinner.

Sincerely,
Miranda Restovic
President/Executive Director, Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities
Executive Director, PRIME TIME, Inc.
