LEH announces second round of emergency grants

The Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities has awarded emergency relief grants from the Louisiana Culture Care Fund to another 14 organizations in 10 parishes. See the full list below.

The Louisiana Culture Care Fund is a new grant program providing emergency relief funding to humanities organizations impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. Funding for the grants listed below was provided by the National Endowment for the Humanities and the federal CARES Act. Applications are open now through June 30, or until funds are expended. Grants are reviewed and awarded on a rolling basis.

The grants are available to 501(c)(3) non-profit cultural organizations in Louisiana with a strong humanities focus, such as museums, historic sites and archives, as well as the state’s diverse array of humanities-focused media, festivals and more.
