Take the Emergency Readiness Survey by August 31
Are you a cultural organization in Louisiana? We want to hear from you about how prepared you feel to meet the challenges of hurricane season and more!
LEH is partnering with organizations across the state to facilitate a confidential survey that will be used to inform how we can collectively be better resources as you plan for emergencies.
Answer approximately 25 questions to help us better understand what needs and barriers you encounter when it comes to planning for emergencies. The more we know, the better we can ease access to resources you need. What you share also helps us advocate for funds to support organizations like yours in this vital work!
Your feedback is incredibly valuable to this project. Sharing your perspective takes just a few minutes, but its impact will last much longer. To show our appreciation, five respondents will be randomly selected to receive a $25 Amazon or Visa/Mastercard gift card! Once the survey officially closes, winners will be drawn at random and contacted directly via email within 30 days.
The deadline for responding to the survey is Monday, August 31.
