Amy Ricke Named LEH Human Resources Generalist
Joining the LEH team, Ricke has over nine years of HR experience working in many different business sectors throughout the greater New Orleans area. She has provided guidance and leadership to various leaders and employees at all levels. Her experience includes recruiting, on-boarding, employee relations, talent management and payroll.
Ricke began in HR as a staffing agent with a local staffing firm. There she began her love of HR helping to connect candidates with great work opportunities and business with great candidates they needed. She is an avid advocate for employees, and advisor and partner to leaders and businesses. She is passionate about being involved in the full work life cycle for all staff members.
Ricke has held HR positions at Harrah’s Casino New Orleans, Ochsner Health Systems, and L-3 Communications. She earned her B.S. in Criminal Justice from Loyola University New Orleans. Currently, she serves as a group leader for Diner en Blanc New Orleans with hopes to be a group leader in different cities and states.
