Institutional Support Grants for Libraries, Museums and Universities

Louisiana’s museums, libraries and universities continue to play integral roles in the state’s cultural life despite ongoing funding challenges. Since 1971 the LEH has supported the efforts of scholars, librarians, curators and educators to explore the unique history and culture of Louisiana.

This month the LEH announces the 2015 Institutional Support Grants opportunity for humanities projects based in museums, libraries and universities in Louisiana. Eligible projects fall under three formats: publishing, digital humanities and public humanities.

Grant awards will range from $500 to $5,000. The application period begins September 1, 2015 and closes on October 1, 2015. Click here to learn more about 2015 LEH Institutional Support Grants.
