Pass It On! Open Mic

New Orleans, are you ready for the word? Join us November 23 to Pass It On!

It’s Pass It On’s sweet 16 and, therefore, a rite of passage in a way! No confetti but plenty of community and celebration. You’ve invited to come chill and pre-Pass with the Pass It On crew and our DJ, Chris Stylez, at 5 p.m., followed by an evening of poetic affirmation beginning at 6 p.m. with Sha’Condria “iCon” Sibley, vividly colored by the work of Ayo Scott, and also premiering lyrical film: chorepoem, “Freedom,” by Asia Rainey-Ani. Look at us, growing up!
