Prime Time Family Reading
Prime Time Family Reading, an program created by the Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, brings caregivers and their six- to 10-year-old children together to explore notable books and big ideas through reading and discussion. The Helis Foundation John Scott Center is hosting a Prime Time Family Reading Program located in downtown New Orleans at 938 Lafayette Street.
This FREE program meets weekly for six 90-minute sessions on Tuesdays from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Families are provided with a meal at the start of the program, and everyone takes books home to help build at-home libraries. The program dates are Tuesdays, from November 5 to December 3.
Please note, dates are subject to change. All participating families will be consulted and notified for date changes.
