LEH Awards 29 Rebirth Grants Totaling $119,232 in 14 Parishes
The Louisiana Endowment for the Humanities, with the support of the National Endowment for the Humanities and the State of Louisiana, has awarded 29 Rebirth Grants totaling $119,232 to nonprofit humanities and cultural organizations in 14 parishes. Rebirth Grants support humanities projects across Louisiana in a variety of formats including public engagement and discussion, documentary photography and radio projects, digital humanities projects, publication projects, new and continuing scholarly research about Louisiana, and humanities-based educational initiatives.
