Tickets are available now for LEH’s 2023 Bright Lights Awards Dinner, presented by Entergy. The event is taking place Thursday, May 11, and will recognize our Humanities Awards winners from this year and the last four years, with live music, amazing food, and an incredible silent auction, all at LEH’s historic Turners’ Hall and The Helis Foundation John Scott Center.
Organizations interested in bringing a free family engagement and reading program to their community are invited to apply to host a Prime Time reading program in the fall. Applications will be accepted from organizations throughout Louisiana until April 17.
Two grant opportunities from the LEH this spring will provide support for Louisiana cultural organizations. Applications for grants from the Louisiana Culture Care Fund, which provides funds for operational expenses, will open March 13, and applications for Rebirth Grants, providing funding for humanities-based programming, will open April 1.
