HEAD START Hits Home

At PRIME TIME Head Start in Ouachita Parish, students are learning ABCs and 123s. They are also learning appreciation for US history through pledge and song.

Neisha Woodard, mother of three-year old Kylin Woodard (pictured), shared her experience of Kylin saying the Pledge of Allegiance and the first verse of My Country Tis Of Thee (America). He learned the pledge and song verse while attending Mrs. Wanda Sheridan’s class at PRIME TIME Head Start’s Ransom location in West Monroe.

“I am impressed with the experience of the teachers and staff,” said Neisha. “Kylin is learning something new every day and is excited to share with us at home. I would recommend PRIME TIME to any parent looking to expand their young child’s mind.”
